The Opportunity

As Shopper Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving brand growth and commercial success across the UK market. Sitting at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, you’ll translate brand strategy into best-in-class execution in-store and online. You’ll lead the development and delivery of compelling shopper activation strategies that win at the point of purchase – enhancing visibility, driving conversion, and strengthening retailer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing best-in-class shopper marketing strategies across total retail
  • Driving in-store excellence through impactful activation, visibility, and availability
  • Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing and retail customers to deliver joint business plans
  • Turning data and insights into actionable strategies that unlock growth
  • Managing and inspiring external agencies to deliver standout execution
  • Owning and optimising budgets, with a strong grasp of commercial performance and P&L

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in Shopper Marketing within FMCG
  • Strong understanding of the UK grocery and retail landscape
  • Highly analytical mindset — confident turning data into clear recommendations
  • Experience managing multiple agencies and stakeholders
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to understand and influence P&L performance
  • Proactive, energetic, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
