The Opportunity
As National Account Manager at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you’ll be responsible for managing and growing key retail partnerships while unlocking new opportunities across channels. You’ll own your P&L, lead commercial negotiations, and build insight-led plans that deliver value for both the customer and the brand. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys the challenge of a “hunter” mindset and knows how to turn relationships into long-term commercial success.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in FMCG account management within Grocery (will consider Discounters)
- A proven track record of delivering growth and winning new business
- Strong commercial acumen with confidence in owning a P&L
- Ability to use data and insights to influence customer decisions
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- A balance of “hunter” mentality and account development expertise
- Resilience, energy and ambition with a low ego
- Someone who brings drive, accountability and a desire to make an impact
Interview Process
Stage 1: Introductory conversation, CV walkthrough, and competency questions
Stage 2: Presentation task followed by a deeper-dive interview
