The opportunity

  • As Foodservice & B2B Business Manager at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you'll define and deliver growth across the out-of-home channel.
  • Build relationships with wholesalers, operators and partners, creating commercial plans that drive both distribution and demand.
  • Own your P&L, lead negotiations, and use insight to unlock opportunities.
  • This role is for someone who thrives in the field, understands how foodservice really works, and knows how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in foodservice or B2B sales within FMCG
  • A proven track record of winning new business and developing accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen with confidence in owning a P&L
  • Experience working with wholesalers, operators or contract caterers
  • Ability to use insight to influence and sell solutions, not just products
  • A natural relationship builder who can operate at multiple levels
  • Comfort switching between 'hunter' and 'farmer' modes
  • High energy, resilience and ambition with a low ego, high EQ approach
  • Someone who brings drive, ideas and a genuine passion for winning

Interview process

  • Stage 1: Introductory conversation, CV walkthrough, and competency questions
  • Stage 2: Presentation task followed by a deeper-dive interview

Ways of working: Hybrid, with 2 days a week on-site in Milton Keynes and time in the field.
