Role Overview

At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], we are looking for a commercially driven and creatively minded Paid Media Manager to lead and scale our paid acquisition strategy. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands paid media beyond reporting, someone who can confidently build, structure, optimise, and scale campaigns across Paid Social and potentially Paid Search. You will own the day-to-day execution and performance of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and potentially Google Ads and YouTube. We’re looking for a creative yet analytical operator who can ideate campaigns, structure accounts effectively, implement robust testing frameworks, and clearly articulate how campaigns are built and scaled, not just report on results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement paid media strategies aligned with business KPIs and growth targets.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns end-to-end across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and potentially Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and emerging platforms.
  • Own budget allocation, pacing, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain structured campaign frameworks, audience and creative strategies, and testing roadmaps.
  • Analyse performance data and identify clear optimisation opportunities to improve ROAS, CPA, and scale.
  • Produce clear, actionable reporting using tools such as GA4, Excel, and platforms including Klar and Fopsha.
  • Work closely with the Brand Team and Creative Strategist to analyse creative performance and continuously refine messaging and formats.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, automation capabilities, and AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and results.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 4 years’ hands-on experience in Paid Media, with strong expertise across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Proven experience managing significant monthly budgets with clear commercial accountability.
  • Deep understanding of campaign structure, audience and creative segmentation, bidding strategies, and testing frameworks.
  • Able to clearly explain optimisation decisions and performance drivers.
  • Commercially sharp, with strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.
  • Creative thinker who can ideate and shape compelling paid campaigns, not just execute briefs.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with creative and brand teams.
  • Passionate about Paid Media and proactive about staying updated on platform developments, automation, and AI tools.
  • Knowledge of TikTok Shop is a plus.
