Job responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the firm’s goals and objectives;
  • Create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including website content, blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials;
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, social media advertising, and email marketing, to generate leads and increase brand awareness;
  • Maintain and grow the firm’s social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media analytics;
  • Ensure that the company’s website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines. Monitor website analytics to identify areas for improvement;
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for expansion, and use this data to inform marketing decisions;
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract prospective students, including creating landing pages and lead capture forms;
  • Work closely with the sales and admissions teams to align marketing efforts with their goals and provide them with the necessary materials and support;
  • Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, workshops, and seminars to engage with potential clients and showcase the company’s expertise;
  • Manage the marketing budget, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives;
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization;
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications, both online and offline.

Skills, qualifications and experience required:

  • Previous experience in marketing, preferably in the education or consultancy sector;
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing software, etc.);
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies;
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly;
  • Knowledge of the education sector and university admissions processes is a plus.

Working hours per week: 37.5
Salary per annum: £26,200.00
