About The Role

You will join our Data group, which is building a groundbreaking new Data Platform—mondayDB 3.0. This next-generation system is designed to scale our product’s capacity by orders of magnitude. Some of the challenges ahead for this year include scaling [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s data capacity by 100x, leading the industry with cutting-edge data capabilities, and enhancing resilience and observability across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of engineers, fostering collaboration, independence, and technical excellence.
  • Develop features end-to-end, collaborating with UI/UX designers, and take full ownership from conception to post-deployment analysis.
  • Drive technical leadership within R&D, shaping product architecture and engineering best practices.
  • Evolve our architecture and engineering processes to scale with increasing users, features, and data.
  • Work closely with Product and Design teams in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Our tech stack: React.JS, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elasticsearch, Redis, MySQL. (Note: Prior experience with our tech stack is not required).

Your Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of proven management experience, leading projects from start to finish.
  • Experience building web applications from scratch in a production environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Impact-driven mindset, with a strong focus on users and business needs.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and ownership, ensuring high-quality delivery and long-term success.
