A well-established and high-performing independent estate agency in Central London is looking to hire one or two Lettings Negotiators to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong managed portfolio (700+ fully managed properties) and a focus on prime stock, giving you the platform to earn well and build a long-term career in lettings.

The Role

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
• Driving managed deals and building landlord relationships
• Working with a high-quality portfolio across Central London

Requirements

• Turkish speaking (essential)
• Previous lettings experience preferred (up to 3+ years)
• Must have full UK right to work
• Driven, commercially minded, and strong communicator

Package

• £25,000 – £30,000 basic (up to £30k for 3+ years experience)
• Commission: 30–50% of weekly rent
• OTE: £50,000 – £100,000+ (top performers exceeding this)
• Access to bonus pool after 1 year
