Are you interested in an exciting role in Property? ✅ Look no further, our client are looking for a Property Manager to join their busy team in the heart of Belfast. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day management of our clients residential portfolio. You'll be the first point of contact for tenants and landlords, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and that clients receive the very best of service.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties
• Handle maintenance issues, repairs, and contractor coordination
• Carry out regular property inspections and reporting
• Liaise with landlords and tenants to resolve queries quickly and effectively
• Oversee tenancy renewals, check-ins/outs, and deposit returns
• Ensure compliance with all relevant lettings legislation
• Support smooth move-ins and move-outs, keeping everyone informed throughout

What We're Looking For

• Experience in property management (1-2 years preferred, but not essential if you're a fast learner with the right attitude)
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• A proactive approach and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of Northern Ireland rental legislation (or a willingness to learn)
• Full driving licence and access to a car
