Location: East London | Job Type: Permanent / Full Time | Salary: Upto £45,000 Basic Salary + £80,000+ OTE

We have been tasked with finding an experienced Project Sales Manager for one of their developments in East London.

As a Project Sales Manager, you will lead and manage the sales team, driving sales performance and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing the sales process, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the sales team.
