[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an Admin Officer for St Joseph's Catholic Primary School in Aylesham. This is a part-time, term-time permanent role focusing on attendance and HR.
- Salary: £26,168 - £26,956 FTE (pro rata £13,515 - £14,400)
- Hours: 22.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-1pm, term time only (38 weeks per annum)

Overview
St Joseph's Catholic Primary School are looking to recruit an Admin Officer with a particular focus on Attendance and HR, who is able to multitask in a busy and growing primary school situated in Aylesham. This is an exciting and fulfilling role for someone who is a 'people person'. Previous experience of working within a school environment is desirable, but not essential. You will need a 'can do' attitude, as well as be organised, reliable, able to prioritise work and follow instructions. This role requires a good level of knowledge and ability in using IT, specifically Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Teams), and ideally our management information system, Arbor. You should be able to demonstrate your understanding, knowledge and prior experience within these areas.
Salary & Benefits
Contract: 22.5 hours per week, term time only (38 weeks per annum), permanent. Salary FTE: £26,168 (Kent Scheme C); £13,515 pro rata; £13.56 per hour; increasing in September 2026 to £26,956 FTE (£14,400 pro rata).
