Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in line with the National Curriculum and Catholic ethos.
• Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching accordingly.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
• Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies at all times.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to pupil development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Resilience and adaptability.
