The Role – Ticketing Customer Service Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Championship Planning & Experience department as Ticketing Customer Service Assistant. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for ticketing customer service support for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] championships, providing a world-class service to customers and internal stakeholders throughout the year. This is a fixed term position working 35 hours per week, predominantly Monday – Friday. Weekend working will be required in the build up and during the Championships. We are looking for 1 person: - 1 x asap - October. Please note, we may close applications early should we receive sufficient applications.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes: - Experience working in a customer service role. - Scottish National 5 qualifications, or equivalent, in English and Maths. - Experience using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
