Job Role: Senior Support Worker - Ashcombe Court
About Ashcombe Court: Ashcombe Court supports an 8 bedded home for Mental health, Autism, Acquire Brain injury and Learning disabilities as well as support with everyday living skills.
If you are a Support Worker or Care Assistant with an NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care and the enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values, this may be the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a team of Support Workers
- Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans
- Encouraging good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
- Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
- Liaise with health professionals and their families
- Complete supervisions and audits
- Ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards
