We're hiring a Head of Finance to lead a high-performing finance function and play a central role in driving business performance and strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Managing Director and partnering closely with the Group CFO, this is a senior leadership role with full accountability for financial control, reporting, planning, and cash management.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading and developing a team of six, setting clear direction and driving high performance
  • Owning month-end and delivering accurate, insightful management reporting and KPIs
  • Driving budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning in a fast-paced environment
  • Partnering with operational and commercial teams to improve profitability and support key decisions
  • Ensuring strong financial control, governance, and statutory compliance
  • Overseeing cash flow, working capital, and liquidity
  • Leading audit and external relationships
  • Driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and reporting

What we’re looking for

A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong financial control background and proven leadership experience. You’ll be commercially astute, confident influencing senior stakeholders, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment. This is a visible, high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape performance, influence strategy, and make a meaningful contribution at leadership level.
