The Role / Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support across property and facilities management teams.
- Maintain accurate property files, compliance records and internal systems.
- Support reporting, presentations and briefing materials for senior stakeholders.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, tenants and contractors.
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage utility billing queries and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
- Support credit control processes, including monitoring arrears and updating records.
- Produce ad hoc and monthly billing across managed properties.
- Provide diary management, meeting coordination and follow-up actions.
- Deliver reception and site cover as required across the portfolio.
- Support strategic projects through research and coordination.
- Assist with tenant engagement initiatives and community events.
- Contribute to marketing activity, including social media and website content.
Skills and Requirements
- Working knowledge of property or facilities management environments.
- Strong administrative experience within a similar role.
- Confident managing multiple priorities across a small portfolio.
- Experience liaising with stakeholders, tenants and contractors.
- Working knowledge of billing, credit control or financial processes.
- Strong attention to detail when handling compliance and documentation.
- Competence using Microsoft Office and general systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
