Business Manager

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Group is seeking Business Managers for multiple locations in Scotland and Northern England. The role involves facilitating the sale of finance and insurance products, ensuring high customer satisfaction, managing department performance, and achieving business plan objectives. The ideal candidate is an experienced self-motivated leader or automotive Sales Executive.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the sale of finance and insurance products for customers
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved
  • Meet with customers to qualify needs and present suitable product solutions
  • Present additional insurance products as appropriate
  • Monitor overall department performance
  • Achieve Park's business plan objectives
  • Ensure TCF objectives and processes are carried out thoroughly
  • Maintain and develop good relationships with customers
  • Manage customer problems, complaints and difficult situations
  • Collect relevant Management Information (MI)
  • Ensure all [Employer hidden] Group policies and objectives are followed
  • Observe for instances of financial crime
  • Ensure all relevant training is carried out
  • Report to Sales Manager & Group F&I Manager
