People Adviser
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is recruiting a People Adviser to join their HR team. This hybrid role is based in Bury St Edmunds and offers a salary of £33,695 per annum.
About the Role
As a People Adviser, you will provide responsive and proactive support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, colleague engagement, learning and development, and people-focused projects. You will help embed a positive culture and support wellbeing and continuous improvement across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal].
About You
- CIPD Level 5 qualified
- Experience coaching and advising managers
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and its practical application
- Confident in handling a broad range of HR activity within a busy environment
- People centred, organised, and proactive approach
