We are looking for a highly motivated Associate to join our Infrastructure team in London, UK. You will support all aspects of the investment process, including evaluation, execution and asset management.

We are looking for a highly motivated Associate to join our Infrastructure team in London, UK. You will have the opportunity to join a collaborative team and support all aspects of the investment process.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

  • Researching and analyzing financial statements, industry information, technical and financial data, and presenting conclusions
  • Independently developing financial models depicting an investment target's historical and projected financial results
  • Critically reviewing, stress testing and commenting on financial models
  • Writing memorandums and presentations summarizing key findings
  • Assisting with asset management responsibilities
  • Preparing offer letters and other written correspondence
  • Actively researching prospective companies and industries to generate investment ideas
  • Identifying and tracking information gaps in evaluations
  • Critically assessing documentation from vendors and advisors
  • Preparing due diligence questions and reports
  • Independently leading valuation work streams
  • Helping foster an energized, proactive and entrepreneurial work environment

To succeed in this role, you:

  • Require advanced understanding of financial statements
  • Demonstrate a high degree of foresight
  • Lead due diligence work streams
  • Require strong analytical, quantitative and financial modeling skills
  • Require strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Work independently with minimal direction
  • Possess good teamwork skills
  • Have excellent command of MS Office applications
