Performance Leader

About The Role
Summary of Position: The Ultimate Performance Leader is responsible for the successful delivery of the Ultimate Performance programme, ensuring welfare and safety of children. We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Performing Arts teachers or professionals.
- Deliver excellent, energetic coaching sessions
- Develop sessions for varying ages and abilities
- Communicate effectively with children and parents
- Analyse performance and suggest improvements
- Supervise and engage with children outside sessions
- Promote welfare and act as a role model
About You
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified or working towards qualifications in Performing Arts or Musical Theatre
- Enthusiastic with experience working with children
- Passionate about developing young people's performance skills
- Excellent communicator with customer service skills
- Love for the arts and looking for a fun holiday job
