Property Sales Consultant (Prime & Central)

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Property Sales Consultant in London. Salary: £28k basic (OTE £45-50K). Full-time, on-site position requiring 3-5 years of property sector experience with prime London market knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of estate agents, particularly in prime and central London markets.
  • Work with agents handling high-value properties (£2m to £5m) to understand how auction proposition complements sales strategies.
  • Build strong working relationships through MS Teams, Zoom, phone, and face-to-face.
  • Guide agents on identifying suitable auction opportunities in the upper quartile market.
  • Support conversations with vendors regarding premium property selling expectations.
  • Proactively build network within the prime market, introducing [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s offering.
  • Work with agents to utilise marketing tools to position high-value properties.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years property sector experience with direct exposure to the London prime market (essential).
  • Experience dealing with properties in the £2m to £5m price bracket.
  • Strong understanding of how the upper quartile market operates in prime and central London.
  • Confident communicator with agents and vendors, able to build credibility around premium property.
  • Target-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
