  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Salary: £26,722 per annum
  • Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week, Mon – Fri

What you’ll be doing

You'll be the first point of contact for people reaching out to us; answering questions, solving problems, and guiding them with care. Whether it's over the phone, by email, or online, you'll handle each enquiry with professionalism, empathy, and detail. You'll liaise with internal teams, ensure every enquiry case is followed through, and help make each interaction a positive experience for those who reach out to us.

What you need to have

  • Experience handling a varied range of high-volume varied public enquiries
  • Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft office and Salesforce CRM systems
  • Skilled communicator with effective written and verbal skills and an awareness of different cultural and emotional contexts
