Digital Signage Installations Project Manager

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is recruiting for a Digital Signage Installations Project Manager. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mansfield. Salary: Competitive.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver UK and EMEA digital signage projects from initial brief through to completion, ensuring delivery to agreed budgets, timelines and quality standards
  • Plan and lead the rollout of new hardware and software initiatives, including testing, implementation and transition into support
  • Oversee installation activity, directing engineers and third-party contractors on site as required
  • Ensure install, content and maintenance support tickets are managed and resolved within agreed SLAs
  • Produce and maintain technical and project documentation, supporting effective handover to the service desk
  • Prepare and present reporting, insights and recommendations as part of monthly or quarterly client business reviews
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and long-term preventative solutions

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Digital Signage Project Manager or in a similar digital signage, AV or technical project management vacancy
  • Experience managing multi-site installations and content delivery across the UK and ideally EMEA
  • Strong understanding of digital signage hardware, CMS platforms and third-party support models
  • Confident stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with clients and internal account teams
  • Excellent organisational and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience analysing performance data and translating insights into service improvements
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the UK and Europe as required for project delivery
