FULL DESCRIPTION
Events Executive
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is advertising this role on behalf of an established membership organisation within the UK warehousing and logistics sector. The position is full-time, hybrid (2-3 days in Market Harborough office), with a salary up to £32,000 per annum.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of an events strategy aligned to organisational objectives, balancing brand awareness and lead generation
- Coordinate and deliver a portfolio of events, including large-scale flagship conferences and awards events
- Manage the organisation’s presence at third-party exhibitions and trade shows, including sponsorship visibility and on-site coordination
- Assist with integrated marketing campaigns to drive event registrations and attendance
- Oversee the production of event marketing materials and collateral
- Evaluate event performance using feedback and key metrics to inform future improvements
- Represent the organisation professionally at industry events and support wider cross-functional projects
Required Skills and Experience
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) with at least two years’ experience in an events, marketing or similar role
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to travel across the UK and work flexibly to support event schedules
- Commercial awareness and an interest in delivering measurable results
- A collaborative approach with confidence to contribute ideas and improvements
Benefits

- Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working, typically 2–3 days per week in the office
