Job Description

We are looking for a Backend engineer to join the Account Management team. The team has a broad scope in Account space - customer features (converting money, holding different currencies, bank statements, sharing account with partners, etc.) and platform (product ledger, APIs for other [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] teams). The solutions you develop will play a crucial role in sustaining and accelerating [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s growth, ensuring that our product offering stays a step ahead of our customer's needs and global market demands. What will you be working on? Key focus areas for the team are: Offering new types of accounts (Savings, Joint); Scaling product ledger platform (new capabilities, reliability). What do you need? You know how to deliver complex product solutions and build distributed systems which are used by millions of customers.

  • Proficient in backend programming languages like Java, Python or Go.
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing asynchronous, reliable and scalable systems in microservices environments.
  • Strong product mindset and genuine passion for user experience — prioritize customer value and make data-driven decisions.
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools and apply engineering judgement.
  • Self-starter attitude with collaborative spirit.
  • Clean, efficient, and well-tested code is standard — big on performance and maintainability.
  • Strong communicator able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
