Job Description
At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], we’re building money without borders, for people with and without borders. Our goal is to build the best financial product for moving, holding, spending, and managing money safely, whether you live an international life or not.
Millions of customers trust [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] with their money. That trust depends on more than fast payments or low fees. It depends on protecting people from fraud, scams, and account takeover, and helping them feel safe using the product every day.
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] has strong Trust & Safety products and controls. What we do not yet have is a clear, consistent external narrative that explains how we protect customers and why [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] should be trusted as a security-first financial product.
We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to change that.
This role exists to define and drive [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s external perception as a leader in fraud prevention, security, and customer protection. It is not about polishing press releases. It is about turning real product work into clear, credible stories that customers, regulators, and the wider industry can understand and trust.
You will sit inside the FinCrime and Trust & Safety product organisation, with a dotted line into Marketing. You will work closely with Product, Design, Research, Analytics, PR, and Brand to ensure Trust & Safety is visible, understandable, and differentiated.
What you’ll be doing
You will own how [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] shows up externally on Trust & Safety. That means defining the narrative, deciding what matters, and making it real.
- Define and drive [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s Trust & Safety positioning, grounded in real product controls and outcomes
- Turn complex fraud and security systems into clear, honest messaging that customers understand
- Shape how Trust & Safety shows up across external surfaces, including product launches, education, campaigns, and industry narratives
- Work with Product and Design so Trust & Safety launches ship with a clear external story by default
- Partner with Marketing and PR to amplify product-backed narratives, not abstract claims
- Identify where [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] should lead, where we should follow, and where we should stay silent
- Measure whether Trust & Safety messaging actually changes customer understanding, trust, or behaviour
- This is a hands-on role. You will write, test, ship, learn, and iterate.
What makes this role different
This is not a generic Product Marketing role. You are not joining a mature narrative. You are expected to help create it.
- Build a Trust & Safety positioning roadmap from scratch
- Make judgment calls about what [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is willing to stand behind publicly
- Push the organisation to explain its work clearly, even when it is uncomfortable
- Balance ambition with credibility. No security theatre. No empty claims.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for

- A track record of turning real product capabilities into clear external narratives
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with high standards for accuracy
- Comfort working with data, research, and metrics to validate impact
- Experience influencing product, design, and marketing teams without formal authority
You are
- An innovator who sees gaps and wants to fill them
- A driver who pushes work forward rather than waiting for direction
- Ambitious about impact, not just output
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and persistent
- Comfortable owning outcomes, not just deliverables
