Description

The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring strong relationships, successful software implementation, and long-term client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Lead new client onboarding and implementations
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and documentation
- Coordinate implementation tasks and system integrations
- Provide regular status updates to clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Conduct ongoing client check-ins, training sessions, and business reviews
- Identify workflow optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with product, development, and sales teams
- Troubleshoot product issues and coordinate resolution
- Maintain knowledge of healthcare workflows and industry trends
Qualifications
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in supply chain, materials management or vendor contracting roles within healthcare. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, and Outlook.
Preferred: Experience with hospitals, health systems, SaaS implementations, healthcare technology deployments, and enterprise accounts.
