Sales Operations Associate

Description

We're looking for a Sales Operations Associate to serve as the primary owner of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] For You's CRM and lead our RFP response efforts. You'll collaborate across departments to improve sales processes, maintain competitive intelligence, and enable our sales team to close more business.

What You'll Own:

  • CRM Management: Pipeline & lifecycle configuration, Data integrity & hygiene, Dashboards & reports, User onboarding & training, Workflow & automation, CRM integrations
  • Reporting & Pipeline: RFP response support, Stage conversion & velocity reports, Monthly KPI cadence, Pipeline risk flagging, Competitive market research
  • Process Documentation: Standardize lead-to-close workflows, Maintain playbooks & guides, Identify & recommend improvements

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in sales operations or a related analytical/operational B2B role
  • Hands-on HubSpot CRM experience — workflow automation, custom reporting, pipeline management
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); comfortable working with data sets
  • Strong process orientation with a track record of documenting workflows
  • Clear communicator who can translate data into takeaways for non-technical stakeholders
  • Able to prioritize independently with excellent organizational and time management skills

Nice to have:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, employee benefits, or insurance-adjacent industries
  • Familiarity with broker or channel sales models
  • HubSpot certifications (Sales Software, Revenue Operations, or similar)
  • Proficiency with AI tools
  • Exposure to ERP systems (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or similar)
