Flagship Store Manager (37.5 hours)

Role Overview

The Flagship Managers main responsibility is to maximise sales and profitability whilst developing and retaining high performing teams. They must aim to deliver a customer first approach, a visually inspiring store environment, a fully compliant store, and a focussed commercial business plan.

Main Responsibilities

  • Customer First: Deliver a 'customer first' experience, coach teams, ensure product training, and lead to achieve green mystery shop results.
  • KPIs: Exceed sales targets, LFL growth, ATV, AUS, conversion; maximise OMNI opportunities; meet NDULGE acquisition targets; manage payroll budget; maintain stock file accuracy.
  • Communication: Ensure team awareness of targets, communicate with internal and external partners.
  • Commerciality: Identify innovative opportunities, analyse business reports, drive commercial excellence, manage treatment rooms, stay current with trends.
  • Team: Recruit diverse teams, create inclusive environment, deliver feedback via NHANCE platform, identify ambassadors, support management development.
  • Leadership: Lead, motivate, coach, manage change, exhibit floor presence, conduct floor walks, ensure H&S compliance.
  • Store Operations: Maintain store standards, adhere to loss prevention practices.
