Colour Specialist (37.5 hours)

Role Responsibilities

  • Training the team to company standard
  • Ensuring the Colour aspect of the Novice Induction is completed with all new starters
  • Scheduling the Colour training around business needs, logging each training session and attendees
  • Observing and supporting the team on the spot with customers
  • Delivering unbiased customer advice through exceptional product knowledge
  • Exceeding sales targets and delivering LFL growth along with ATV, AUS and conversion
  • Inspiring the team in Colour category and contributing to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] becoming a Colour destination
