You’ll support end-to-end campaign delivery, including planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting, helping to reach millions of customers, while working closely with channel specialists, agencies, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimise Paid Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns to deliver against acquisition, awareness, and performance goals.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategy analysis to maximise ROI.
  • Work alongside our agency and in-house team to ensure campaigns and creatives are built and maintained across Google Ads, DV360, and other programmatic platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scale, and customer impact.
  • Create clear and insightful reports that highlight performance, learnings, and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and brand teams to deliver high-quality, customer centric campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitive insights to ensure best in class execution.
  • Support testing roadmaps across ad copy, audience segments, creative variations, and bidding strategies.

About You

You are a highly analytical and curious person with a real passion for digital marketing. You thrive in fast paced environments, love getting into the details of performance data, and enjoy experimenting with new ways to reach and inspire customers. You are excited by the opportunity to shape multichannel campaigns, deepen your expertise across Paid Search and Programmatic, and bring a customer first approach to every decision you make.

What We're Looking For

  • Someone passionate about paid search, programmatic, and digital performance, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and translate insights into action.
  • Experience working with Google Ads, SA360 and/or programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360), either in-house or agency-side.
  • A proactive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with cross functional teams and present findings clearly.
  • A creative and curious mindset - always testing, learning, and looking for new ways to drive performance.

You'll Thrive in This Role If

  • You love Paid Search, YouTube and Display marketing!
  • You think customer first in everything you do
  • You are a data-driven strategist who is results-oriented and driven by achieving measurable impact within your role
  • You love being part of a team and working with others to develop plans and find solutions
  • You can clearly communicate and are confident in speaking to people of all levels across the business
  • You love working in fast-moving, evolving environments
  • You value a culture of continuous learning and growth and are always looking for opportunities to expand your skills
