Description
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Multimedia Designer and Content Associate to join a dynamic team within the pharmaceutical industry. This role combines multimedia design expertise with content creation to develop engaging digital learning assets for the Digital Learning Development (DLD) function. The DLD team supports global pharmaceutical quality and commercialization learning academies through innovative and visually appealing solutions.

Responsibilities
- Manage the visual design of learning content and assets.
- Create innovative communications, animations, infographics, and supportive resources.
- Build learning modules from detailed storyboards and populate them with associated graphics.
- Ensure aesthetic appeal and usability aligned with brand guidelines for a global audience.
- Collaborate with Learning Consultants-Designers to enhance content with iconography and diagrams representing complex technical and strategic solutions.
- Source and maintain appropriate stock imagery for digital learning assets.
- Participate in proofreading and User Acceptance Testing of e-learning content.
- Ensure consistency between specifications/storyboards and final learning assets.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Higher education qualification in visual/graphic design or art direction.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Audition, Premier, InDesign).
- Practical application of AI tools and workplace AI applications is a distinct advantage.
- Expertise in digital authoring and creative design tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, gomo, Synthesia, Captivate, etc., is highly desirable.
- Exceptional PowerPoint skills.
- Passionate about design with a creative flair.
- Strong desire for self-development and embracing new technologies.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently, meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in a highly regulated environment.
