Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To maintain and develop a book of clients.
- To prepare and draft reports, tender bids as required.
- Advise, tailor and implement flexi benefit platforms
- Accurately maintain back-office systems and records
- Have experience and understanding of DC Group Pensions and Auto Enrolment Legislation
- Have competency in advising and implementing Workplace Pensions, Group Risk, and Health related benefits.
- Ensure fees and invoicing is submitted and recorded in a timely manner
Essential
- Be professional qualified to a minimum of relevant level 4 qualification
- Prior experience of delivering employee benefit consultancy
- Ability to manage a portfolio of clients.
- Proven to have identified and secured new business opportunities.
- Knowledge and experience of the core Group Pension, Risk, Health markets and products.
- Enjoy working with and supporting your colleagues in both the office and hybrid environment.
- Maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with colleagues in other teams to ensure an effective and positive working environment.
- Manage personal workload effectively to ensure appropriate service to both internal and external stakeholders.
