Assistant to Music Crossover & Private/Corporate Events Agents

Overview

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] (UTA) is seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Assistant to join the Corporate & Private Music/Music Crossover team. This exciting role sits at the intersection of talent, brands and high-net-worth private clients, supporting the development and execution of live music bookings across global corporate events, luxury experiences and exclusive private performances whilst also supporting our music clients in their crossover into Film & TV. The ideal candidate will combine strong organisational skills with commercial awareness, discretion and a proactive approach to business development in a fast-paced, high-value environment.

You will be responsible for liaising with business affairs, accounting, and other internal departments. You will support the Corporate and Private Agent of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and responsibilities include show contracting, sales outreach, database management, creating artist marketing pieces to take to market, and managing incoming enquiries and briefs.

Responsibilities

• Admin Assistant Duties: Scheduling meetings, proactively resolving enquiries, contracting shows, handling new queries, sending briefs internally, outreach to new business opportunities, keeping client info up to date, working with artist accounting teams, chasing deposits/payments, requesting/managing invoices, chasing settlements and payments.
• Sales Assistant Duties – Corporate & Private Music: Identifying new business opportunities, targeted outreach to buyers, supporting revenue generation, managing response to briefs, liaising with agents for assets, creating pitch materials, maintaining database of corporate buyers, tracking pipeline activity.
• Music Crossover Duties: Managing phone, calendar, research, maintaining spreadsheets, drafting correspondence, building processes, liaising with internal/external partners, expense reports, preparing press kits, tracking contracts and payments, building knowledge of clients’ work, attending studio records and screenings, submitting clients for roles, keeping up with industry news.
