What You’ll Do
- Business Partnering and Strategic Support: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, support the VP, People to embed the EMEA People strategy, provide commercially sound advice, drive change management, build leadership capability, and partner with global People teams.
- Employee Relations and Policy: Provide expert guidance on complex ER matters, continuously refresh HR policies to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Culture, Engagement, and Wellbeing: Partner with employee groups, support wellbeing strategies, and champion inclusion.
- Operational Excellence: Strengthen HR operations, collaborate on annual people cycles, use analytics for improvement.
- Learning and Development: Identify skills gaps, deliver development programmes, lead initiatives fostering continuous learning.
What You’ll Need
- Significant senior HR business partnering experience (5+ years) with proven success in complex commercial environments (preferably entertainment and/or European exposure).
- Deep working knowledge of UK employment law, strong judgement in employee relations and risk management.
- Commercially minded approach, able to balance people outcomes with operational reality.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to influence and coach leaders at all levels.
- Business acumen linking people strategy to business objectives.
- Creative mindset, strong relationship building, ability to analyse data, thrive in fast-moving environment.
- CIPD Level 5+ desirable or equivalent experience.
