[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Product Manager to act as the strategic owner of a defined clinical product portfolio within the Product Management team. This role ensures that product development, innovation, and lifecycle decisions are driven by a strong combination of clinical insight, customer understanding, and commercial awareness. Acting as the voice of the customer, the Product Manager will work closely with global teams to shape product strategy, drive market understanding, and support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong product and market expertise, staying up to date with emerging trends, clinical practices, and customer needs
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis, including pricing, regulatory, and technical developments
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert for your product portfolio
  • Define and drive product strategy, feeding insights into product roadmaps, innovation initiatives, and long-term planning
  • Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and collaborate with international teams to interpret market intelligence
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, customers, and industry experts
  • Represent the company at conferences, events, and customer meetings
  • Deliver internal and external presentations, training sessions, and webinars
  • Support the development of marketing and clinical content
  • Engage directly with healthcare environments to understand workflows and gather real-world insights

Key Skills and Requirements

  • Technical & Domain Knowledge: Understanding of clinical workflows, medical devices, or healthcare environments. Exposure to infection prevention or regulated healthcare settings is advantageous.
  • Product & Commercial Skills: Experience translating customer or clinical insights into product strategy. Comfortable analysing market data and shaping evidence-based recommendations.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in life sciences, healthcare, bioengineering, or related discipline
  • Proven years’ working experience in a healthcare, medical device, or regulated environment
  • Experience in product management, marketing, or commercially focused roles
  • Track record of engaging with customers or clinical stakeholders
