These full‑time, remote roles offer the opportunity to support major transformation programmes across our large‑enterprise client base while being part of a people‑focused, collaborative technology services organisation.

What you’ll do
- Develop tailored change management strategies for large‑scale transformation and digital workplace initiatives
- Review existing change plans, providing expert guidance on improvements and best‑practice approaches
- Apply recognised change frameworks and support Agile and iterative delivery environments
- Contribute to and develop change networks and champions within client organisations
- Create comprehensive change, engagement and communication plans aligned with project milestones
- Support project teams throughout the change lifecycle, identifying risks early and ensuring readiness
- Identify impacted user groups and assess the level and nature of organisational change
- Produce clear, engaging, user‑focused communications that support awareness, understanding and adoption
- Design and run surveys and feedback loops to measure stakeholder sentiment and readiness
- Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across client organisations
What to bring
- Proven experience delivering change within large enterprise environments, ideally involving digital workplace, security or end‑user technology transformation
- Strong understanding and application of structured change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR/Prosci, Agile change)
- Excellent communication and content‑creation skills, with the ability to simplify complex messages
- Confidence working in fast‑paced, ambiguous settings with multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Experience working across matrixed and geographically dispersed teams
- Degree in a relevant discipline (Business, IT, Communications, etc.) preferred
