FULL DESCRIPTION

Floating Support Worker - Safe Housing for Young Women (Brighton & Hove)

We are seeking a dedicated Floating Support Worker to join the Stopover Supported Housing team in [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. This role provides trauma-informed support to young women aged 16-25 in a low-level floating support project, helping residents develop confidence, life skills, and resilience. The service offers a pathway from high to low levels of support and is the only female-specific supported housing for young women in Brighton & Hove and West Sussex.

Job Details

  • Location: Brighton & Hove
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: 20 hours per week, across a rolling 7-day rota (includes sleep-in shifts)
  • Salary: £30,315 FTE, pro rata (£16,386 actual) + £30.00 per sleep-in shift
  • Closing Date: Friday 1 May 2026
  • Interviews: During week commencing Monday 11 May 2026
