Job Overview

We are looking for a Team Leader Analyst to participate in the design and development of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] products/projects. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the fintech industry, preferably cryptocurrency experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of Business and Systems Analysts, ensuring their effective contribution to product and projects teams
  • Oversee and support a team of Technical Writers
  • Organize the full cycle of Analyst capability management in the company: from identifying needs within product/project teams to running analyst skills development programs
  • Coordinate and align processes within the Analytics Center of Expertise
  • Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement new products/projects as well as improvements to existing ones
  • Continuously improve processes, methodologies, and tools used by the analyst function
  • Enhance and validate methods for producing high-quality product and project documentation
  • Develop effective approaches for preparing and presenting requirements, business cases, and other analytical deliverables
  • Contribute to the development of product and project documentation and related artefacts

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Analyst
  • 2+ years of proven experience in leading and managing a team
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities
  • Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, combined with creativity
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective logical and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong prioritization skills, high attention to detail, and self-motivation
  • Ability to explain complex ideas in simple, clear, and user-friendly language
  • Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and PDLC (Product Development Life Cycle)
  • Hands-on experience with business analysis tools and knowledge of process modeling notations (e.g., BPMN, UML, etc.)
  • Relevant certifications (preferred)
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written
