We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven VIP Account Manager to join our Sales Team and provide premium services to our high-value clients.

Tasks

  • Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients through calls, written communication, and internal CRM tools;
  • Promote company products and services to high-value clients;
  • Apply effective negotiation techniques to convert leads into long-term customers;
  • Develop and implement initiatives to increase client satisfaction and retention;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor;
  • Monitor client activity and identify opportunities for growth and engagement;
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Arabic;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in the financial industry, preferably in sales, account management, or business development;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
  • Result-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • High level of responsibility and professionalism when working with VIP clients.
