Join Our Family – Support Worker (Hub & Outreach)

Are you energetic, compassionate, and ready to make a real difference?

We’re not just offering a job — we’re inviting you to become part of our family.

We are looking for experienced, caring, and creative individuals to join our strong and supportive team, working within our Hub environment and out in the community on an outreach basis. Every day is different, every achievement matters, and every team member counts.

About the Role

  • Supporting adults with learning disabilities
  • Autism
  • Behaviours that may challenge

Your role will centre around:

  • Teaching and encouraging new life skills
  • Supporting access to the community
  • Promoting independence and confidence
  • Helping individuals reach their personal goals
  • Bringing creativity and fresh ideas into activities and support planning

This is a role for someone who can think on their feet, stay calm under pressure, and approach challenges with positivity and empathy.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Have experience in the care sector (experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or Autism is strongly preferred)
  • Are naturally caring, ethical and compassionate
  • Bring energy, humour and warmth into their work
  • Can adapt quickly and confidently
  • Work well as part of a close-knit team
  • Share our strong “family” values
  • Ability to commit to full time hours, either 8:30-4 or 9-4:30 inclusive of occasional Saturdays to support our Saturday Brunch Club.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have business insurance (essential)

Because of the needs of the individuals we support, prior experience in similar settings is highly desirable.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a genuinely supportive, close team
  • Work in an environment where your ideas are welcomed
  • Make meaningful, lasting differences every single day
  • Feel valued, appreciated and included
  • Join a workplace that feels like family

We believe great support comes from great people — and we look after our own.

If you’re passionate about care, full of energy, and ready to be part of something special, we would love to hear from you.
