Role Details

We are one of the UK's leading suppliers of Waterproofing solutions, predominantly for flat roofs. Due to our continued expansion and significant investment, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced Regional Technical Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position offering an annual salary of circa £50,000 plus commission & company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

  • To promote and sell the Company's products by Specification Sales throughout North London.
  • To build a contractor customer base.
  • To provide technical advice and support.
  • To promote the good name and reputation of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and maintain good customer relations.
  • Monitor and feedback market information.
  • To respond quickly, positively, and effectively to enquiries.
  • To carry out site surveys and produce professional and comprehensive roof survey reports.
  • To produce specifications in line with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] & NBS guidelines.
  • To complete all relevant paperwork accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with our ISO Quality Management System.
  • To regularly and routinely update the Company CRM database.

Essential Requirements

  • Must have a full clean driving licence
  • Proven sales experience within the construction industry – ideally in Flat Roof Waterproofing and/or other [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] products and services.
  • IT literate (Microsoft and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of the area
  • DBS required or willingness to obtain.
