Job Description

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] opened its second international office in London in September 2022. We are looking for ambitious trainee lawyers (m/f/d) to join our rapidly growing team. Our law firm is well-known for its broad expertise in commercial law.

What you can expect:

  • Hands-on client work: Work on real client cases from the outset, assisting in the preparation and processing of cases in various areas of commercial law, including written pleadings, draft contracts and legal opinions.
  • Research: Carry out independent research using legal databases to identify and analyse relevant case law, literature and legislation.
  • Attending client meetings: Accompany our lawyers to client meetings and gain practical insights into the day-to-day work of a legal professional.
  • Interdisciplinary projects: Work in interdisciplinary teams to solve complex legal issues and projects.
  • Regular feedback: Work closely with your assigned lawyer, who will act as your mentor and support your professional development.

Your profile:

  • Passed first state examination with good marks.
  • Eager to learn, wide range of interests, and initiative.
  • High standards for legal work and creative problem-solving.
  • Excellent English skills.
