ON-SITE COORDINATOR

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] are looking for an experienced On-Site Account Co-ordinator to join our team, working directly at one of our client locations.

As a well-established recruitment agency, we pride ourselves on delivering reliable staffing solutions and building strong partnerships with both clients and candidates. Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a confident, organised, and hands-on individual to take ownership of on-site operations.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing the on-site operation
    • Acting as the main point of contact between the client and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]
    • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with client teams and temporary staff
    • Supporting daily staffing requirements and ensuring shifts are filled
  • Resourcing & recruitment
    • Sourcing your own candidates to meet client demand
    • Using job boards, social media, and internal systems to attract workers
    • Building and maintaining a pool of ready-to-work candidates
    • Screening candidates and preparing them for site work
  • Supporting temporary workers
    • Confirming weekly shifts and availability
    • Handling holiday requests and managing absence levels
    • Assisting with wage queries and general support
  • Daily site coordination
    • Conducting site checks and supporting new starters on their first day
    • Ensuring compliance with site rules, PPE, and hygiene standards
    • Supporting inductions and onboarding processes
  • Compliance & communication
    • Working in line with Agency Workers Regulations and Working Time Directive
    • Liaising with Head Office regarding staffing needs and resourcing
    • Providing clear communication between all parties
  • Additional support duties
    • Assisting with overtime planning and staffing levels
    • Supporting management and production teams when required
    • Providing translation support if needed

What we need from you

  • Strong communication skills – confident dealing with people at all levels
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Comfortable with resourcing and speaking to candidates daily
  • Professional, reliable, and adaptable
  • Bonus if you have:
    • Previous recruitment, resourcing, or on-site experience
    • Experience working in industrial/production environments
    • Full UK driving licence and own transport
