The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Assistant to join [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s fast-paced marketing team. This role supports marketing operations and complex projects, ensuring smooth execution across branding, campaigns, advertising, PR, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with the Brand and Communications Director
  • Support Social Media Operations by managing VIP services for influencers and partners
  • Coordinate bespoke support projects including in-store podcasts and content filming
  • Organize and manage visual assets across in-house platforms
  • Support coordination of product launches
  • Coordinate production for in-store signage
  • Partner with Pricing, Promotions, and POS Manager
  • Drive operational efficiency and maintain project trackers
