Program Manager - Seating Division

The Program Manager is responsible for delivering customer programs on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. We are building a dedicated program team to support the delivery of multiple major new platforms for prestigious OEM customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs successfully
  • Take ownership of timing, cost, quality, and scope
  • Plan and track key milestones, ensuring on-time delivery
  • Identify risks and drive corrective actions
  • Manage program changes and customer communication
  • Ensure consistent use of standard tools, processes, and reporting (KPIs, scorecards)
  • Support overall platform delivery through structured execution and collaboration

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Engineering or related field
