About the Role
The Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) supports the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Board of Trustees by providing oversight, assurance and constructive challenge across key areas of governance. Core focus includes: financial reporting and internal controls, external audit oversight, risk management. Committee members provide professional insight, review financial reports, contribute to budgets and reserves, and support risk management.
- Provide professional insight and independent scrutiny
- Review financial reports, audit findings and management responses
- Contribute to discussions on budgets, reserves and going concern

- Act as a sounding board to the finance team
