Your Impact
As our Customer Services Assistant, you’ll be the welcoming face of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], ensuring every client and guest enjoys a seamless, premium experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver a warm, first-class welcome to all clients and guests.
- Own the reception area – greeting visitors, managing calls, overseeing visitor registration and access control.
- Maintain impeccable standards throughout the building.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve queries and support daily operations.
- Set up, break down and refresh meeting rooms.
- Proactively offer and record additional chargeable services.
- Support administrative tasks.
- Follow Health & Safety and security procedures.
- Stay current with company systems and standards.
Requirements
