Job Description
We are currently working with a welcoming nursery based in Watford Junction that is looking to appoint an experienced and passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to join their team. Salary: £37,876 per annum (£18.21 per hour). Hours: 40 hours per week. As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure high standards of compliance, strong team engagement, and excellent outcomes across the setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and driven to deliver outstanding care. You will play a key role in maintaining high-quality early education, supporting staff development, and ensuring the nursery continues to thrive. Requirements
- Full and relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above)
- Minimum of 2 years’ Early Years experience
- Enhanced DBS check (cost covered)
