Job Description

Temporary Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) at The Kensington Kindergarten, April – July 2026, 8:00am – 4:00pm. We are looking for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our team on a temporary basis at our Ofsted Outstanding nursery.

Ofsted rated Outstanding, The Kensington Kindergarten is a privately owned nursery known for its exceptional standards. We work with high-profile families and provide a warm, professional, nurturing environment.

About the Role

You will work closely with a small, close-knit team, supporting daily care, learning, and development. The role involves creating engaging activities, maintaining a safe environment, and contributing to high standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • A warm, reliable, and professional approach
  • Ability to work well within a small collaborative team
  • First Aid training is not essential (training can be provided)
