Job Description

At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], we create extraordinary breakthroughs for children through residential adventure camps. As a Chef, you'll be part of a friendly catering team, reporting to the Head Chef, providing nutritious meals for guests without menu creation pressure. Responsibilities include food preparation, cooking, stock ordering, cost control, and coaching junior team members.

Requirements

  • Experience in a high-volume catering environment
  • Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and allergen/dietary requirements
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ideally Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering
